Z dominantno roko izmerite obseg na najširših mestih nad in pod komolcem ter izmerite biceps in podlaket.
Obseg nad in pod kolenom
Izmerite obseg kolena 3–5 cm (1³/₁₆–2 palca) nad in 10 cm (4 palce) pod kolenom, pri čemer naj bo noga iztegnjena.
