. Purchase for a gift to a beginner - aimed therefore at learning the rudiments of pumping
. Lightweight board (which given the recipient is good)
. Rightly proportioned wheels for the overall set up .
. Bearings not great but better than other entry level outfits I've found around

We're not quite there with the front truck-which is then the heart for a surfskate: the board arrived with the spring fully pulled, so probably partly already under stress which made the mechanism almost nonexistent; it has virtually no return to center, despite adjustment.
