I'm still trying to work that out two weeks later as the local hardware store doesn't know either!
It would be better if SkatePro knew what tools were needed to fit the products they are selling.

I am so sorry to hear that you are still trying to fit the buckles to the skates. I can see that our colleague advised you about this as, when we talk about old skates, models are a bit hard to find replacements.
We sent you an example of the tool needed to insert the buckles. Unfortunately, we don't have it at the moment on the website but, it will be much easier for you to find it with the picture and name of the tool provided by us.
